The usage is tracked and monitored, and if there are issues with a user, we can deny access accordingly. As with all Wifi, temper expectations for the connection. The quality of the connection will be dependent on the user's device antenna, weather, other device interference (such as cell phones), proximity to the antenna and other factors. The signal might not allow for streaming high quality videos and high usage applications.
